AgyLite
One plugin and one CLI that route every request to the few skills it needs, keep one living plan, and call work done only when the tests pass.

What it is
AgyLite is a local engineering OS for AI coding agents. It bundles the best parts of 15 open-source agent projects into one plugin and one command-line tool, for Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and Antigravity.
Why I built it
Installing agent plugins one by one loads every plugin’s instructions on every turn and leaves the model to guess which one applies. AgyLite routes each request deterministically and loads only the few capabilities it needs, so the agent stays focused and cheaper to run.
How it works
- Every request is routed to the minimum set of skills.
- The agent follows one planned lifecycle and keeps one living plan.
- Work counts as done only when local tests, types and builds pass and the evidence is recorded.
- It installs in about two minutes and then works offline. MIT licensed.
Speed and cost
With five agent plugins installed, every turn used to carry about 32,000 tokens of instructions before any work started. AgyLite routes with plain rules first and loads only what the request needs, which brings that down to roughly 900 tokens per turn. The routing step got all 26 test scenarios right at a 95th-percentile time of 0.46 ms.
