Land records as NFTs on Polygon: verified owners, fractional shares, and sales that run through an escrow contract the registrar approves.
Why I built it
Property records in India are slow to check and easy to dispute. A tamper-proof ledger makes ownership and transfer history something anyone can verify.
How it works
Each land record is an NFT on the Polygon network, tied to a verified owner. Owners can hold fractional shares, and every sale runs through an escrow smart contract that only completes when the registrar approves. The contracts are written in Solidity and tested with Hardhat; the React front end talks to them through ethers.js.
